Pricing & Payment

Q: How much do your sheds cost?
A: Pricing depends on size and features. Standard pricing starts at:

  • 8’x10’ - $5,600

  • 8’x12’ - $6,400

  • 8’x14’ - $7,300

Q: Do you require a deposit?
A: Yes, we require a 50% deposit to begin construction, with the balance due upon delivery.

Q: Do you offer financing?
A: We currently do not offer in-house financing but recommend checking with your local bank or credit union for personal loan options.

Q: Can I add extra windows or doors?
A: Yes! We offer upgrades, including:

  • Extra windows – $150 each

  • 3' doors – $185

  • Transom windows – $140 (3’) or $275 (6’)

A: Our typical turnaround time is 4-6 weeks from the order date.
